How do you deal with a child who cries to get what he/she wants?

I have a friend who has a 5 year old son who always cry just to get what he wants. What advice should I give my friend?

wandavid i dont think it's a good idea to tlk back to boss on public occasion esp. when there're many subordinates at present. for in that case, the boss must strongly feel losing face and enuff respect, finding a proper time to explain yourself mite be a good choice...

wandavid there're far too many good songs from them that i can barely tell which one's the best, but here i recommend some like meterorite, in the end, it's been awhile, somewhere i belong etc.. i think most of their songs deliver astrong sense of rebelion & creation...
