wearehere Frozen shoulder is not as same as most other disease. We must keep doing more and more exercise though a lot of pain. I think exercise is more effective for frozen soulder than medicine or other ways.thank you for reply.

wearehere I agreed what Catchre said.My first cell phone is stolen by someone.My N7610 now being used is very good.I used 3 years ago.It's expensive to me at that time.If it broken,I'm going to buy a cheap one .A cheap one will be safe. Haha.
