weikwan for me, having a diary to write on is sometimes the best remedy. it wont be barking things u dont wanna hear nor hurt u with not paying attention to you. it'll always be there to have your feelings blurted out. if diaries doesn't work, merely by writing it all...

emotional outburst

Feelings, to me are something frugal....well,at least sometimes! To the mind, it is set to be the emotional output to the whole world of what i am experiencing. The turbulence....the heartaches....everything!... is being exposed...
