why is it so hard? what do you think is lacking or being in excess? is motivation need to be in a high level always or discipline should greatly play the role to keep one self sticking to a common goal?

i have made my life some kind of a happy go lucky and i think i have missed some of life's nice freebies, if i could back to a specific time of my life.. it would be the most crucial time that i would be able to form a strong bond...
