Is just a test tube babies/In vitro fertilization are my options ?

My wife suffered a resulting narrowing of the fallopian tubes will not get pregnant. Doctors says the solution is just a test tube babies. Is there any solution other than IVF program whose cost is very expensive ?I really care...

wewe007 thanks for the advice, I've adopted a child since my brother in law is still the age one year. If only that solution means I must pray alot hoping for a miracle and find a lot of money to be able to have children
