Sometimes the boss or customers may blame or complain u, but in fact u do nothing wrong,even u r right,u have enough reason to debate with them,then what would u choose, keep silence to do the next thing or debate with them to...

wgh423 U r right, we have to face it in work, the only way is that adjust ourselves to adapt the bosses. Let's just remember the happy time.
