Yes, you are right its disgusting to hear that ayurvedic doctors are practising allopathy. We in India can not change the trend but its good if they mix up ayurveda and allopathy and give the best result in view of combined therapy.

The same thing I am doing here. All the time I am telling her to keep herself tension free. To take plenty of water is another alternative and not to take sleep in the day time is another option. Daytime sleep will make her night sleep light and inadequate....
