Meaning at 11.35 pm right before the payout deadline is up do you cram in as much as you can to try to make more for that payout?

Does mylot pay everytime someone responding to a discussion that you have started or just for starting the discussion. Does anyone have the answer to this? My wife got me started on this site so I asked her and she doesn't know.
