Why Cheat on Exam Day?

It is not new to hear from a student to cheat (e.g listing answers on sheet of paper, asking sit mate for answers or any other form) during examination day. So why does student sometimes never fail to cheat? What do you think...

wickedpatrick they are doing this maybe just because they don't want to fail exam and didn't study at all.I got bunch of people cheat during exam around me.and i used to help them by putting my paper alittle left or right so they can see mu answer,i know it's not some good...
