It seems like nowadays EVERYONE, well rather, EVERY kid has a cell phone. Not ONLY do they have cell phones, but they have texting, picture messaging, and unlimited everything. In elementary school! I used to go to dance classes,...

veedee13 I think having a cellphone in elementary school is too young.I'm sure the parents are just worried that something might happen to their kids but still too young to have a cellphone.I think the right age to have a cellphone is when they start going to middle...
