So I have crippling anxiety attacks and would like to hear if anyone else deals with this. And how you cope.

Natasha @Jazzyb00 I do know what you mean. Have you seen your doctor? They might be able to give you something to help.

Natasha Hi, I've had anxiety attacks for 20 yrs. I'm currently on medication which helps but it's still there. Have you tried deep breathing and relaxation exercises? Deep breathing can really help when you're having an attack. There are also some natural medications...

What is the best and fast way to loose weight?

I am cutting out pop and sweets and I ride my exercise bike 15 minutes everyday. Is there something else that would help loose the weight faster?

Natasha I'm trying to lose some weight too, I think it's good to cut out white bread, pasta and rice. I've switched to brown pasta and rice. You also need to check for hidden sugars in food and also low fat yoghurt has lots of sugar added to make up for the flavour...
