Does anybody have any good ideas or experiances hand fishing for catfish? I have been wanting to try it since my state has recently opened a season for it. Let me know anything you can about handfishing or tell what you have...

my biggest catch is a 8lb pike, put up a great fight. now be very honest and truthful about your biggest catch?

williamrobert1 My biggest catch in fresh water was a 43" 29lb. King Salmon. It took me half an hour of fighting up and down the bank of the river to bring him in. It was awesome.

Snook, we have a lot of them down here in Florida. They're so eligante and they remind me of a salt water. plus they're goooood eattin'........

williamrobert1 Large and Smallmouth Bass Because they fight like crazy!! For eats I like bluegill and Perch, Cod is good too.

Whats the smallest fish you have caught on a hook?

Once I caught a Bass that was smaller than my lure. It was about 1 1/2 inches long. It was the funniest thing seeing it try to eat something bigger than it was.

williamrobert1 Once I was casting a J-13 Firetiger Rap for King Salmon and I had a goby attack it on the surface. The goby was about 2 inches long, less than half the size of the lure! lol
