dlbrow I have read that too I have never tried yeast but I have used white vinegar and water. Mix it half and half in a spray bottle. It doesn't kill all the fleas but it helps. Just spray them whenever you see them scratching it helps.

danishcanadian We don't have dogs, but we do have a cat, that has never left the apt, except to go to the Vet's, so we really don't need to use a lot of stuff on him.

blackbriar I can deal with the heat up to 90 degrees. It's the humidity that drives me to seek out a/c. We had a heat wave here last 3 days but only needed the air on during the day. I would shut it off around 9pm and turn it back on about the same time next morning....

idowrite72 I will open the windows if it is not too hot outside and there is enough of a breeze to blow through the place to cool things or keep them cooled down. Otherwise, if it gets humid out, the air conditioning goes on and will stay on for as long as it needs be....
