what debit card should i get?

hey mylotters please help. i need to get a debit card to withdraw my paypal savings and i need one that i can use in the Philippines and in London because I will leave after two months. What can you suggest and why?

winkantipur if u agree me, i would like you to google a bit about the debit card providers who allows you to use it on Philippines and London, or try to get a master card for better service...
