To spank or not to spank? Is spanking an effective way of disciplining kids? As some say, spanking is not illegal but bruising the child is. What do you think?

Hi! My baby is turning 2yrs old on March. Here in the Philippines, school year is from June to March. I am thinking if I'll be sending my baby to school already. Is it too early for her to go to school? Won't she get bored...
