Wintery33 Try to speak in the front of your mirror, try to speak in different ways - louder,for example, to gesture. And breath, learn to breath.

Wintery33 I like to be a leader and a follower too. Depends on the activity or friends or some leader. There are some sittuation when I want to be a leader because I want to tell my oppinion or to show what is my work style.
