I have a zucchini I should shred. I should also get some watermelon jelly made. Neither of those are hard. They just take time. But I think I will try to at least do some jelly. If I shred the zucchini I will make bread too....

Kareng The rain went east here and we missed it all. It was south of us and we got a few sprinkles coming home earlier but no rain here at the house at all. We had a high of 100 today but that thunderstorm brought a nice breeze and cooled us off a little bit.

I had pasta salad with tuna in it. I also added a little bit of feta cheese, cucumber and carrots. I like pasta salads because they are customizable. Just about anything is good in them or with them. What will you have tonight?
