it seems like the body is the easy thing to shut down when relaxing, its the mind that I cannot shut down. what trick does anyone have in doing so? i seriously would like to hear. Right now I am seeing a Pysch, a therapist, going...

My daughter just passed away April 2012- she was 8-1/2. She was disabled since birth with many health issues.I understand that this trauma is causing me to be more depressed than normal, is it possible that I am becoming a Manic...
