People are required to have a license for many things these days, to prove they are capable of perforing that task. Some people are abusive and neglectful parents, and it is my opinion that one should need a permit of some kind...

writer44 Octomom is a great example of irresponsible behavior. Having said that, the babies are here to stay and they need help she cannot adequately provide. I don't see much of her reasoning as being logical. Hopefully things will settle down soon;)

Wearing helmets is not compulsory in my state, a recent bill to introduce this law was blocked. What are the laws in your state, and do you think it should be compulsory for everyone who rides a moorcycle to wear a helmet?
