Well mylotters, I wanted to get my paypal account verified but then it accepts debit card only from the banks belonging to the US and it needs a credit card for verification for other countries.......well i don't have one and...

xajtor It's a scam, don't even bother. Most of those sites are hosted in China. The sole purpose of them is to get some info for identity theft. Stay away and you'll be cool. There's no such thing as VCC. As for you problem I would open a student bank account....
