xensen At this website you can find the statutes pertaining to alcoholic beverages : http://www.moga.mo.gov/STATUTES/STATUTES.HTM#T20 However, there may be other state, local, or federal laws that one should concern themself with when opening a bar

xensen More than likely it depends on the city ordinance whereever the people live. It also likely depends on whether the occupants are married or not. Your best bet is to talk to a lawyer to find out for sure.
