What you usually do when you are depressed?

In fighting depression, my other friends just keep on eating. Others also never eats well. Me, I just kept my self busy and kept on talking, that way i could forget things, not knowing that I unconsciously hurt others feeling....

xiaoyezicookie First,i will find a friend to share. Second,i will have something to eat or drink,for i am a eat-lover. Finally,i will go out to have a journey or play exciting games untii i come back to myslf again.
