xing1985 There are some ways to make you have a good sleep, such as reading before go bed ,drinking hot milk and listening music to relax. Wish you have a good nights sleep from now.

xing1985 Yes,i can .when i started to learn how to type i try to not look at the computer screen ,which may make the speed of type slow, but soon you will get the rusults beacuse of you hard work.
