How do I printscreen and save it automatically to a folder?

I need to printscreen a lot of stuff, I don't have time to printscreenopen paintpastesave. Is there a way to printscreen and save it to a folder automatically? or any software that is able to do this?

xMJGMx If you have windows 7, try using the "Snipping Tool" StartAll ProgramsAccessories. I pinned the snipping tool to my taskbar for easy access; Its much quicker than opening paint everytime.
