josefina @xueyao _I still enjoy an early morning jog in the park. I'm thinking of joining a group there who are practicing Tai chi chuan which is more suitable for elder folks like me. I keep my mind alert through forums like mylot and of course eat in moderation.

Getting on with the neighbours

I'm lucky in that although I have neighbours both sides of me I get on with them. We don't have a lot do do with each other, maybe pass the time of day occasionally or take parcels in for each other but I don't really see or hear...
