balancing both is tricky but challenging work.but if someone finds the balanced nothing like it ,both are separate spheres but closely linked and can have lot of impact on each other.and in both places one has to find balance.in...

Tulips staying single does not mean that u don't have responsibilities, even then parents are there. Trick is to find harmony.there are times that you find support from family regarding problems faced at work and vice-versa.
