I get stressed out a lot at work because sometimes I have to deal with things that are out of my control. It helps if I just take a moment and just breath and say its not worth getting upset for. Worrying about it won't help me....

yhanee24 hey there buddy! i dont know of this will help but how about going out of town? Spend a day or two outside the city? surprise him love letters and chocolates and flowers. Things that he usually do to you that made you happy. Why not do that thing to him. =)
