hate being tired, when i was younger i had so much energy . but as soon as i passed 30 my energy decreased and i had less and less energy. I want to be able to have an active life, when i come home after work the energy runs out...

hate being tired, when i was younger i had so much energy . but as soon as i passed 30 my energy decreased and i had less and less energy. I want to be able to have an active life, when i come home after work the energy runs out...

I live in a country where it rains almost every day, during the summer it rained every day and we only had 2 days of sun and heat, the whole summer was ruined and I couldn't come up with many activities either, I'm so tired of...
