yobilo That's what those type of sites want you to do, "Give up". So their sponsors can pay them and they wont have to pay you.

sleeping is good for health we all know but wat should be the average time a man/women should sleep in a day to keep themselves fresh . i think 6-7hrs sleep per day is well enough for a particular human being.what do u think?

yobilo Tons of people have that type of schedule, as long as you are getting a full 7 hours asleep, It doesn't matter.
