My puppies attacks one another. Help!!!

i have two puppies (twelves weeks old). One is especially in the habit of narming the other. it runs after it and hold it by the neck in a death grip. I've since separated them. what caused this? the mother doesn't even seem to be...

yomistel07 i think i will do what you said as the other puppy is physically harming the other. it's quite serious.
