Do you have a day off if the power is off?

We work at office from 8am to 5pm. Sometimes, the power is off from 9am to 2pm. Our boss permit us off all day. But we won't be paid the salary. How are you?

yujb3692 I don't know.It hasn't happened that the power is not on whole day.May be,we can be off.
