Grafitti - Art or Vandalism?

I think grafitti can be art, but it's also vandalism. I've heard of city governments hiring grafitti artists to make murals. But a lot of time and effort is spent on cleaning it up all the time. What do you think?

What was your first car? Mine was a Chevrolet Beretta (1989)

yukmizzee Mine was a 1994 Ford Thunderbird LX It was pretty sweet, I tinted the windows, put a system in it. Also it had a 4.6 liter in it so then I put flowmasters on it. I loved it.
