i observed recently that when im on a low caeb diet i have trouble sleeping, and when i do get to sleep, i'll doze off for about 3 hours then i'll wake ip and won't be ablo to go back to sleep/ sometimes i would be laying there...

i was a sceptic at 1st, but tried it by myself and the things that happend still gives me the shivers. i wouldn't recommend on trying it but to those who wants to its a "try at your own risk" thing. send me a private message...
