What would be the best plan for a world government?

I think if we took the United States Government and enlarged it for the whole world and turn the country's into states, then we will have a working world government. What are your thoughts?

Katja Moeller Well, the Brits actually have two houses where one of them is for the old royalty/nobel people(people with titles you know). I don't think that part is a good idea for a governemnt - you shouldn't be able to be "born" to "rule".

Don't get me wrong, I'm going to vote this coming may. In my country, the elections will be held two months from now. I've already watch the local debate, there will be another in coming days. They've already made their campaign...

LK2018 There is one person I think I'm voting, but not because of my personal decision but it is also meant for our lawmaker in our district here. @zachchandonnait of course, support for my mom's friend who had supported her long before this election.
