What would be the best plan for a world government?

I think if we took the United States Government and enlarged it for the whole world and turn the country's into states, then we will have a working world government. What are your thoughts?

Zachary Chandonnait murders happen all over the world and "racism" is everywhere, i was talking about taking parts of the Constitution and adding to it to fit the worlds need, but good point about the corruption

Don't get me wrong, I'm going to vote this coming may. In my country, the elections will be held two months from now. I've already watch the local debate, there will be another in coming days. They've already made their campaign...

Zachary Chandonnait If you don't like any of the ideas your candidates are representing then it is your right as a voter to decide not to vote. This would be better then voting for someone who you don't agree with, because then your voice would not be represented correctly.
