Do you feel that is harder to shine professionally after having children?

Just had an issue at the office with the boss over leave as child is sick. Have you faced the same or realised that it is so difficult to leave a child back in such state and do equal justice and get credit?

why did the series came to an abrupt end

I have started watching the series very late. I really love it. One question which always intrigues is why did such a fine thing has to come to an end. Was it because of friction between the 6 main characters or some any other...
