zahidz mean it is extracted from pineapple then its mean pineapple is also effective too in fat burning, no its not available in my country but atleast i can eat pineapple for tihs ;)

zahidz coffee is good but i take green tea after taking meal always so i think this is also that much effective and more close to herbal. coffee has more caffeine in it so i dont go for that mostly

zahidz thanks for your suggestion, i m already taking lime squeezed water but not in warm water. ok now onwards i will use it in warm water. :) does it more effective in warm water. no i dont have any stomach problem ;)

zahidz yeah rain can hurt in this way if it continue for many days and you can not go out freely and your work also disturb but rain is blessing also :) just a joke that you should work in gulf where rain comes once in 5 years ;)

zahidz yeah but he proud to be like that and show that its due to his age and in that age nobody cares.losing mobile is really a upset because you have to then again collect your contact numbers and a lots of people you lost due to your mobile lost i think.
