zhorak It must be enjoyable and healthy to tend the garden, fix the fence or anything that burns your extra calories :) Especially good if you grow your own vegetables. My parents have their own chickens for daily eggs for example, and some vegetables too.

zhorak A healthy diet is important too. But it doesn't replace a good exercise. Maybe when you are watching a course video or listening something about it, you could do simple exercises.
