Zy adity... we're the same, but too much depression can't help to cure the acne in your face. Use the medicine that will fit for you and practice to drink purified water about 2.5 liters a day and then sleep early.

Zy Yes, its true push up increase our vital and muscle attributes and to much repetitions may result of fatigue. However, sir you don't need much numbers of push-up to achieve the better fitness. You need only to limit it like 50 or 60 push ups.

Zy At first when the fight is going to be started between the great boxers. I was very excited at that moment, but unfortunately after the biggest fight of 2015. The result were unacceptable to us as a Filipino!
