to not be in any pain! I went to the pain clinic this morning to have a temporary ablation in my back to see if it was going to help.
I can't tell you how fantastic it felt when the pain was totally gone for almost five hours....

My back really isn't better, but for some reason a muscle relaxer helps more than NSAIDS.
So a short break from pain has allowed me to do some cooking. A couple of days ago I cooked a beef pot roast (got it on sale...isn't it...
