123evansargent I usually end up skipping breakfast because i have two young children at home and getting them ready for nursery and going out it isn,t until about 11.30 that my stomach starts rumbling and then i realize i have'nt had breakfast.I don't intentionally miss it...

Can you wake up without alarm clock?

I am not a morning person. I enjoy sleeping in the morning because I usually sleep at late night. For this, i truly deeply need my alarm clock to wake me up in the morning. I also have to choose job type that doesn't need punch...

123evansargent Whether i go to bed early or late i always rely on the alarm to wake me up - i think it has become a psychological crux for me now- i just can't trust myself to wake up early without the alarm clock on.
