masterviajero have started reading the novels of steve berry. the last book of his that i read was "the third secret." if you loved dan brown's novels, then you will really love berry's novels.. been reading novels dealing with the templars.. just intrigued with them..

youdontsay Drink more non-carbinated fluids! You need to hydrate your body, especially as we age. Check your diet, too. What are you eating that dries you out? What about medications. I know that most of the medications I use dry out my body and I have to really work...

umavarma1 hey fren i even have dry skin..i apply olive oil before going to bed n also 1 hr before going to bath.this has really helped me well.try even nivea extra dry moisturiser.its also good. enjoy

mizrak07 My friend and former officemate had that same problem, she's young so it's not because of age in her case. It had something to do with hormonal imbalance, and lotions and moisturizers alone cannot solve the problem. She's taking some medications for it.
