Hi every one the valentine day is coming ahead so what are your plans for that day are u preparing for that day. The thing is that i broke up with my girlfriend and i really miss her so i don't have any expectations for that day....

How many liters of water you drink in a day??

Doctors suggest us to drink about 12-14 glasses of water daily which is very much essential for good health i agree with that. I fallow this when i am at home. But the thing is that i avoid it when i move out because i feel uneasy...
