20100925 Well, we all know sth is bad for our health, the delicious food is always not healthy, can't drink a lot, can't being lazy in bed, can't wast of our time, but the reality is, we can't avoid, we just can't stop doing what we know we shouldn't do.

20100925 I prefer reading book rather than surfing on net,reading book alone and slowly takes time,but U could really get a lot from it. But sometimes, I will do some preread on line,then go an lib ,find my book. Anyway, I like reading.
