Namrata Mehrotra Yes we do as we feel they deserve their bit of comfort too. Since we have pulled them out of their natural habitat the least we can do for them is to make them feel at home.

Namrata Mehrotra I think meditation is better. Brings you closer to the ultimate Power. Prayer is more of asking but meditation is more of a merger with the divine soul.
