I have been told that yoga can help relieve acid reflux symptoms. Since yoga is very effective at relieving stress, it can do wonders for your body. Had anyone around here tried yoga before?

Does anybody know if they make a generic brand of prevacid? My boyfriend has to take it every day and a one month's supply is $40 (that's after the insurance covers most of it). I was just wondering if there was a cheaper way to...

Hi! I have acid reflux and I usually eat apples to neutralize the acid in my stomach. Most of the time it works! Also, if you want to avoid that burning sensation in your esopahgus and under your ribcage, you better stop smoking...

A1tooter Thanks for the apples advice...I may try that out... I don't smoke or drink (hardly). So... You still have acid reflux...are you on Prevacid or Aciphlex?
