what do you do with chain e-mails?

Almost everyday I received forwarded e-mails that said in the end "please send this to at least 5 of your friends including the one who sent this to you" or something like that. I really never send them back..Is that being rude?...

AKKRUMP I get emails like that all of the time. Just don't waste your time you know. The person who sent it to you was most likely just bored and had nothing else to do. My friends and sometimes random people send them to me alot and i just leave them sitting...
