my Paypal account needs credit card number ,expairy date and verification number to activate my account. But i have no credit card. I have a debit card with Visa.May i use Paypal account with that Visa debit card? Please respond...

normally men loves women younger than him.but it is seen to be reverse,men loves girls older than him. someothers loves married women.they never think about their children and begin to live each other.......whats your opinion
