janette Caballero My brother already reported the incident to our lilocal officials and yes I didn't want to go alone with no one again.. I stayed at home the whole day with my dogs.. and locked my place up... Its traumatizing..

SO AFTER waiting for hours the rain won't stop! Just by then I realize I must go and conquer the rain hehehe so I went out fully armored and half way while walking ... the rain stopped :) :) :) oh yeah Lucky me !!
