Laurel (L_B) That must have been so sorry. Even though he didn't have a license plate you should still report the incident. That way they will know he is out there. Sorry you had to go through that.

SO AFTER waiting for hours the rain won't stop! Just by then I realize I must go and conquer the rain hehehe so I went out fully armored and half way while walking ... the rain stopped :) :) :) oh yeah Lucky me !!
